Paul is a merchandising executive and strategic planner with over two decades of brand experience and a proven track record in anticipating marketing trends and combining strategic planning with enterprise thinking to drive sales across brick and mortar and DTC channels. As senior vice president, business development at Madison Reed, he's responsible for finding new paths to grow overall revenue across Ulta Beauty, Walmart, Ulta x Target, and Target Direct retail and ecommerce channels.
Previously, Paul founded and ran Rock and Roll Beauty, creating limited edition beauty programs leveraging nostalgic Rock & Roll bands with premium beauty products. He successfully built partnerships with artists like Def Leppard, Ozzy Osbourne, and Jimi Hendrix, generating over $2M in sales in nine months before selling the brand. At Ulta Beauty, he grew the mass business from $450M to $1.6B in seven years.

I wanted to be a dentist, which is very different from where I ended up.
