Lindsay Joyce

CEO, Pet Life Unlimited

With nearly two decades of experience in both the beauty and baby industries, Lindsay has a proven track record of intuiting consumer needs and responding with insightful product and brand solutions.. Today she leads the team at Pet Life Unlimited as they focus on shaking up an untapped market and delighting dog parents everywhere.

Lindsay’s career began in the beauty industry at L’Oréal, where she honed her skills for organizations like Maybelline New York. As a new mother, she discovered Babyganics products and, inspired by their mission, joined the company to lead Brand and Marketing. In short order, she helped build the brand into the household name it is today, culminating in its acquisition by SC Johnson and Son.

Lindsay’s ability to listen to consumers, as well as championing the design intuitive and responsive products and solutions, has set Pet Life Unlimited apart in a largely commodified market. Under her leadership, Pet Life Unlimited is a predominantly female-led team committed to fostering a supportive company culture that enjoys a deep connection to the communities it serves.

The Newcastle Network takes a refreshing approach to PE partnership, one that marries perfectly with the reimagined way we've disrupted the pet care space. They have an incredible ability to jump in with our team to help us realize our ambitions. In today's market, it's invaluable to have a partner like Newcastle in our corner.

What's your most controversial food opinion?

What was your childhood career dream and how different is it from what you’re doing now?

I was 1000% sure that I'd own and run my own beauty brand. I can now see that I basically had it right! I'm running a "beauty" brand - but for pets!
