Laurie Burkland Waller

Leadership, People, & Organizational Performance, Domain Team, The Newcastle Network

Laurie is an accomplished coach, management consultant, and leader who helps executives, teams, and organizations unlock their full potential. At Newcastle, she collaborates with portfolio companies to strengthen leadership, build organizational effectiveness, and accelerate performance, bringing trusted expertise (and a welcome sense of humor) to some of the most dynamic environments.

Her career spans decades of leadership development, large-scale change initiatives, and operational excellence programs across industries. She began her consulting career at Accenture, where she led complex business and human performance programs, and went on to become a senior partner at several consultancies, advising high-growth and Fortune 100 clients on talent strategy, organizational development, and cultural transformation.

Alongside her work with Newcastle, Laurie is a partner at Kenning Associates and an executive coach at a variety of business schools. Known for her disarming presence, compassionate listening, and ability to make meaningful change feel not only achievable but also energizing, Laurie brings a rare mix of precision and heart that leaves a lasting impact on leaders and teams.

Laurie holds a BA from Bucknell University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
