Through his firm, JSK Advisory, John advises companies on pricing, analytics, and e-commerce. Prior to starting JSK, John was the Global Head of Algorithms & Analytics at Wayfair, playing a key role in the company’s transformation from a privately held business with $600M in revenue to a Fortune 500 public company generating $14B annually. He built Wayfair’s pricing function from the ground up, establishing new capabilities in competitive intelligence, algorithms & data science, and profit management. 

Beyond pricing, John also led the launch and scaling of Wayfair Canada and oversaw the web analytics and business intelligence teams. Prior to Wayfair, he was a consultant at Bain & Company, e-commerce manager at Horizon Hobby, and director of applied analytics at the Clinton Health Access Initiative. John holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
