What's your "why"? Why do you do what you do and what do you love about it?

I love the process of identifying businesses with strong leadership and then providing the resources they need to grow. Whether through deal structuring, market research, or portfolio support, I’m driven by the opportunity to create long-term value that benefits not just investors but the people building the business every day.

Can you describe an experience of working at Newcastle that was particularly meaningful?

I supported Kizik in launching its first pop-up store in New York City, a milestone that represented a significant step in expanding the brand's presence beyond digital into a physical retail space. Seeing months of planning come to life in an immersive retail environment highlighted Kizik’s ambitious trajectory and underscored Newcastle’s commitment to supporting brands through pivotal moments of expansion.
